Performing a Cherry Pick Multi replenishment on an RF device

To perform a Cherry Pick Multi (CM Task) replenishment on an RF device:

  1. Select Task Manager from the Main (M2) menu. The Replenishment (TRP) screen is displayed.
  2. Press 0 to access the Standard Task Manager screen.
  3. Specify the Area to work in and press Enter. or press Enter to skip this field and receive any task with permission for work.

    OR

    Press Enter to skip this field and receive any CM task assigned with permission for work.

  4. With the cursor in the Task field, press C three times to scroll through the tasks until the applicable Cherry Pick Multi task is displayed. Press Enter.
  5. Within the Cherry Pick Multi Screen, specify INTRANSIT in the Transit Loc field and press Enter. (Infor WMS creates a location named INTRANSIT by default during installation.)
  6. Specify up to a maximum of 5 LPNs to receive work for each LPN.
    • Each LPN will receive picks for a unique speed line location for each line.
    • You should only enter the number of LPNs representing the number of Totes, Pallets, etc., that the equipment can manage.
    • It is possible to specify more LPNs than there is work to complete. For example, if you have work tasks to replenish two locations on Line #454 and work tasks for one location on Line #777, you can specify 5 LPNs and receive work tasks to pick to three LPNs and ignore the fourth and fifth LPNs specified.
    • If you specify less than 5 LPNs, you can specify the desired LPN and then press Enter to scroll past the remaining LPN fields until the next screen is displayed.
    • Note that work is locked for each LPN until work is completed, released by user, or timed out.
  7. As prompted, complete the work by LPN. You can continue to pick to LPNs until either the work is complete or you stop the work.
  8. Once all work is complete, acknowledge the work complete prompt and press Enter to move the inventory picked to the Drop location.
  9. As prompted, confirm the default PND location and press Enter..
  10. Press F1 to bypass the pick and drop location.
    • Press Y (for Yes) to confirm the PND location in the background and proceed to the Cherry Pick Move screen (Step 11 below).
    • Press N (for No) to return to the location confirmation screen (Step 9 above).
  11. Within the Cherry Pick Move screen, scan or enter up to 10 LPNs to move from the Pick and Drop location to the final destination(s) depending on equipment capabilities.
  12. Press Enter to move to the next screen.
  13. As prompted, confirm the LPN/Location for the final To Location where the LPN is placed. If you pick multiple LPNs to move, the LPNs are placed in the order scanned. You can also place the LPNs in the final To Location in any order you prefer.
  14. Confirm the location and press Enter to confirm the move.
  15. If you have picked multiple LPNs, complete the next move(s). When completed, you are notified that all LPNs are moved.
