Selecting an SPS API strategy for a shipment order

You can select a specific Small Parcel Shipping (SPS) API strategy to use for a shipment order instead of the default strategy. Note that selecting an SPS API override strategy is optional; you only need to select a specific SPS API strategy when you want to override the default strategy. See the Infor WMS Small Parcel Shipping User Guide for information on creating SPS API override strategies.

To select a specific SPS API strategy for a shipment order and override the default strategy:

  1. Select Outbound > Shipment Order from the WMS menu. The Shipment Order screen displays.
  2. Click Search. The list of shipment orders displays.
  3. Select a specific shipment order. The order record displays.
  4. Click the Misc tab.
  5. Within the SPS API Override Strategy field, select the applicable strategy to use for the shipment order.
  6. Click Save.
