Viewing container details

The Container Details screen allows you to view Container IDs created during allocation or picking for orders and items that have been designated to produce this level of information. From this screen you can also assign container records to new Case IDs as well as print labels for the selected detail information.

To view container details:

  1. Select Outbound > Container Details. The Container Detail screen is displayed.
  2. To display container details that match the search criteria, use the Search feature.
  3. To print container detail labels, click the check box for each case ID for which you want to print a label.
  4. From the drop-down list, click Labels and select Print Container Details.
    Note:  To select or clear all case IDs on the screen, click the check box at the top of the check box column.
  5. Select a printer. Depending on whether the type of label you are printing is Standard or RFID, the application presents a screen from which you can select a printer. If at least one of the labels is an RFID label, the application presents the same screen, but allows you to select an RFID printer.
  6. To assign a new case ID, click the check box for the case ID you want to update.
  7. From the drop-down list, click Actions and select Assign New Case ID.
  8. In the field in the dialog box, enter the new case ID and click OK.
