Performing production order cycle counts

As noted above, the tasks can be performed immediately after the initialize process is started or the tasks can be performed from a separate menu selection. You can select the Cycle Count option on the Prod Mgmt menu to access the task this way.

If the Infor WMS Labor module is enabled, the standard time for the task is displayed on the screen.

The tasks will be issued in a sort sequence of Speed Line location ID and Item number. As the operator completes a count, the same item will display to be counted again. This allows the operator to record more than one license plate for the item in the location. Once all counts are complete for the item, the operator presses the F3 key to inform the system to proceed to the next task.
