Performing a replenishment

Replenishment is the process used to fill each of the speed line staging locations for the production order. Each of the speed pick locations are filled to the maximum defined for the item unless the quantity on the order is less than the maximum. Replenishment will not direct the operator to take more product into the speed line location than it can hold or than is needed for the production order. The operator, though, can override the quantity to move a full pallet if desired. Additionally, the system setting TMREPLENENTIRELPN can be used to suppress the quantity on the task manager replenishment. If the system setting is turned on, the operator must move the entire LPN and cannot specify a portion of the LPN.
