Canceling a shipment order

You can cancel a shipment order and prevent the order from being allocated. When you cancel an order, the quantity of all lines in the shipment order is set to zero.

To cancel a shipment order:

  1. Select Outbound > Shipment Order from the WMS Workbench. The Shipment Order screen displays.
  2. To view the list of shipment orders, click Search.
  3. Select the shipment order to cancel. The order record displays.
  4. Select Suspend > Cancel Order; click Yes to confirm canceling the order.
    • If pick details exist for the order, a message displays indicating the order cannot be canceled until the order is unallocated.
    • If the order is on a wave and has not been allocated, the order is removed from the wave.
