Updating Enterprise data

You can update and synchronize the master data for a selected facility based on the current information in the Enterprise database schema.

To update the Enterprise data:

  1. Select Administration > Facility Management > Multi-Facility. The Multi Facility Setup screen displays.
  2. Expand the displayed list, as necessary, and select the desired facility.
    Note: If there are no facilities available, the message "At least one owner must be Enabled for the schema selected to update. Use the Owner Facility Control screen for this configuration." displays.
  3. Select Actions > Update Enterprise Data. The confirmation message "You are about to initiate the synchronization process for (selected facility name). Do you wish to continue?" displays.
    • Click OK to initiate the synchronization process.
    • Click Cancel to dismiss the message and return to the Multi-Facility Setup screen.
