Activity Overview

Use the Activity page to configure work activities:

• Default shift distribution

  Use the Shift Distribution tab to identify the percentage of an activity performed on each shift. The sum of the percentages for all of the shifts does not need to be100%.

• Manual statistics

  Use the Manual Statistics tabs to identify how to calculate statistics for non-system activity types. You can create multiple statistics lines; the system evaluates each line in sequence.

• Users

  Use the Users tab to identify which users are trained and approved for this activity.

• Activity Filter

  Use this tab to define a set of filter criteria for the activity. The filter identifies which orders to consider for the activity; the system estimates only the activity for orders that match the filter criteria.
