Customizing the number of rows displayed in a specific list view

To customize the number of rows displayed in a specific list view screen:

  1. Within the list view screen, click the Preferences icon. The Preferences icon is located at the end of the list header row in the right corner. When you click the Preferences icon, the List View Preferences pop-up screen is displayed.
  2. In the Number of rows field, specify the number of rows you want displayed in this specific list view screen. You can specify up to a maximum of 100 rows.
  3. Click Save. The list view is refreshed with the number of rows displayed matching the value you specified.
    Note: If you set the Number of records to Display field within the Personalization screen (WMS > Administration > User Personalization; see Specifying the number of rows displayed in all list views) to a specific number of rows and you then set a different number of rows within the list view preferences for a specific screen, the system first checks for a value within the list view preferences. The actual number of rows displayed in the specific screen reflects the value you specified in the list view preferences.
