Sorting list view contents

To perform a sort of the data and display in Ascending order, click the column heading text. To reverse the sort order and display contents in Descending order, click the column text heading again.

Advanced Sorting

You are also able to sort the data using multiple fields that are included on the list view.

To perform an advanced sort:

  1. Click the Advanced Sort icon.

    A screen displays showing all fields available for sorting.
  2. Use as many of the fields, as necessary, to specify sort criteria; and select whether sort data should be displayed in Ascending or Descending order.
  3. Click OK.
