Viewing the Lot and Location inventory screen

You can access the Lot and Location inventory screen from the Other Inventory Views list. This view of inventory displays balance information at the lot and location level (LotXLoc). You can perform searches and access other inventory views in the same manner as defined for the Detail Inventory screen. (See Viewing the Detail Inventory screenfor detailed information.)

Within the Lot and Location Inventory screen, you can:

  • View inventory at the lot and location level.
  • Navigate to the other inventory screens/views.
    • Detail Inventory
    • Item and Location
    • Lot and Item
    • Lot and LPN
    • Item Summary
    • Location Summary
    • Inventory on Hold
    • Serial Inventory
  • Specify search criteria into the filter fields located above each column on the screen. Searches can include wildcards for characters and operators for integers (such as =, OR, AND, BETWEEN).
    • You can select the columns to show (or hide) within the Lot and Item list view. See the Infor WMS Introduction and Navigation User Guide for information on selecting columns you want to display.
    • Note that the Item and Location fields are always displayed in the Lot and Location list view. You cannot select to hide these fields.
    • As indicated in the search field for the On Hand column (>0 is displayed), a search only displays records with an On Hand quantity greater than zero by default. You can change the value if you want to view records with zero balances.
  • Click the hyperlinks within this screen to access the corresponding inventory screens for specific detailed information.
    • Lot - If you click the Lot field within a record entry, the Detail Inventory screen is displayed for the lot and owner on the selected record.
    • Item - If you click the Item field within a record entry, the Detail Inventory screen is displayed for the item and owner on the selected record.
    • Location - If you click the Location field within a record entry, the Detail Inventory screen is displayed for the location on the selected record.
