Viewing inventory transactions

This section describes how to use the Inventory Transaction screen to view inventory records. Specific topics include:

  • Searching for one or more inventory transactions, based on various parameters
    Note:  To see all transactions for the current day, type today in the Date field along with any other search criteria. This makes it easy to review the most recent transactions.
  • Searching for a specific transaction type, such as Moves.
  • Viewing the source document to which the transaction can be tracked, if applicable.
  1. Select Execution > Inventory > Transactions. The Inventory Transactions is displayed.
  2. To display a list, use the Search feature.
  3. To view additional information for an inventory transaction, click on the icon for that record.
  4. Click on the Lottables tab to view lot attribute information for the transaction.
  5. Click on the Serials tab to view serial numbers included as part of the transaction. These will only be displayed if the item is configured for end to end serial number tracking.
    Note:  Individual serial number transaction information can also be viewed through the Serial Transactions screen.
  6. To view the original document that generated the transaction, click Actions and select View Source Document.
    Note: 
    • RF transactions do not have a source document associated with them.
    • To view the result of any task completed through the Task Manager go to screen Execution > Productivity > Task .
