Merging a rainbow pallet using the RF

When rainbow pallets exist in different locations, multiple LPNs and their child IDs can be merged into one location. You can then scan that one LPN to start the putaway process for all the associated child IDs.

  1. In the RF, select Main > Replen & Move.
  2. Select Merge RB Pallets.
  3. Specify this information:
    From RP ID
    Scan or specify the identification of the From rainbow pallet.
    From Child ID
    Scan or specify the child identifications on the rainbow pallet being moved and merged. Leave this field blank to move the entire rainbow pallet.
    To RP ID
    Scan or specify the identification of the To rainbow pallet.
    To LOC
    Specify the putaway location for the inventory.
  4. Press Enter.
