Viewing total count information for a physical control record

You can view the total count information for a specific physical control record. This screen can be accessed at any point of the process to view current information about the count.

To view the summary of a record:

  1. Select WMS > Execution > Cycle Count > New Physical Review.
  2. Select the applicable physical control record and click Summary. This detailed control record information is displayed on the summary pop-up screen:
    Physical Status
    Status of current physical control
    Date Created
    Date/Time the control was created
    Date Released
    Date/Time the physical counts were released
    Date Posted
    Date/Time the control was posted
    Total A Counts
    Total number of Team A counts completed
    Total B Counts
    Total number of Team B counts completed
    Total C Counts
    Total number of Team C counts completed
    Total Initial Quantity
    Total Quantity on initial count records
    Total Count Quantity
    Total current quantity with Team A counts
    Total Variance Quantity
    Quantity variance between initial and current Team A counts
    Quantity Variance Percent
    Total variance quantity divided by initial quantity
    Total Initial Value
    Total value of initial inventory on counts
    Total Count Value
    Value based on current count
    Total Variance Value
    Value variance between initial and current Team A counts
    Value Variance Percent
    Total variance value divided by initial value
    Note: You must select one record to view the summary screen. If you do not select a record and click Summary, the message "You must select one record to display summary" is displayed. If you select more than one record and click Summary, the message "You must select only one record to display summary" is displayed.
  3. Click Close to close the summary pop-up screen.
