Understanding the general inquiry process

Using any RF device Inquiry option involves the same general steps. Specific steps for using each RF Inquiry option are covered in the following sections.

  1. From the RF menu, select an inquiry option.
  2. Enter the selection criteria. The application displays the inquiry result.
  3. If multiple records are found, press 6 (to go forward) or 4 (to go backward) to scroll the list.
  4. To return to the menu, press Esc.
