Demand Allocation screen
The Demand Allocation screen is a query screen developed exclusively for dynamic allocation items. The query automatically sorts by order key, item, and UOM order. The Demand Allocation screen allows workstation associates to view shipment orders allocated in the application that include demand allocation Items.
Use the Demand Allocation screen to view which dynamic picks that have not been completed or are currently in process. The screen has a button, so that you can continue to view up-to-date information on the current screen without having to re-enter query criteria.
This screen is also used to view product that is picked through dynamic picking, since this type of allocation process does not produce some of the detailed information, such as location, lot, or license plate that normal allocation creates.
Once a dynamic pick is completed, the information is no longer visible through the demand allocation screens. However, it is visible as part of the Pick Detail information in the system.
