Performing pick-to-belt receiving

To perform a pick-to-belt receiving:

  1. From the RF device select Main > Receiving.
  2. In PRNT field, specify the printer ID and press Enter twice. The Receiving Menu (RCM) screen is displayed
  3. Select Crossdock Rcpt. The Crossdock Rcpt (RXM) screen is displayed.
  4. Select Pick to Belt. The PTB Receive (PBR) screen is displayed.
  5. Select Receipt. The Receipt (RC0210) screen is displayed.
  6. Specify information in the appropriate fields.
  7. Press Enter twice. The RF device transmits the data to the application database and then is displayed a new screen so entry of the next record can occur.
    Note: If invalid data are entered, the database displays an error message. Correct the data and then try again.
  8. To use the Item Print option, when the PTB Receive menu is displayed, select Item. The Item Receipt (RC0220) screen is displayed
  9. Specify information in the appropriate fields.
  10. Press Enter twice. The RF device transmits data to the application database and is displayed a new screen ready for the next entry.
  11. Select PO Print. The PO Receipt (RC023) screen is displayed.
  12. Specify information in the appropriate fields.
  13. Press Enter twice. The unit transmits the data to the application database and then is displayed a new screen ready for the next record.
    Note: When the receipt is processed, the ordered quantity from the purchase order is used to determine how many labels print for the particular Item being received.
  14. To return to the main menu, press Esc.
