Adding a new owner at the Enterprise level

  1. Select Configuration > Trading Partner > Owner to open the Owner screen.
  2. Click New to access the Owner detail view.
  3. Click the appropriate tabs (listed below in the following tab sections) on the Owner detail screen, then enter the desired information.
  4. After specifying information in the appropriate tabs, click Save to save your changes. The Facility Control screen displays.
  5. In the Enabled column, select Yes or No for each listed facility.
    • Select Yes to flow all master data configured at the enterprise level to the facility.
    • Select No to restrict the flow of master data to the facility.
  6. Click Apply Changes to complete the configuration setup. All owner facilities set with the Facility Control functionality enabled receive the new owner information.
