Looking up an alternate item

You can use an alternate item number to locate item number(s).

To search for the item number(s) by using an alternate item number:

  1. From the Facility menu, select a specific warehouse.
  2. From the WMS Menu, select Configuration > Alternate Item.
  3. Specify the alternate item number into the Alternate Item field.
  4. Press Enter or click Search. Any matching alternate item entries are displayed in the list with the corresponding item numbers.
