CYCLE CLASS
- Cycle Class
- Class designation of
the item. Options are:
- A = Fast Mover
- B = Average Mover
- C = Slow Mover
- Date Item Last Counted
- Date that the most
recent cycle count took place.
Default value: No date (empty field). Click the Calendar button to select date.
- Last Item Count Release Date
- Date that the most recent cycle count was released for this
item.
Default value: No date (empty field). Click the Calendar button to select date.
- Cycle Count and Physical Inventory Discrepancy Handling Rule
- Rule used to adjust inventory during the cycle count process. Applicable if performing counts at the item-by-location level and the rule is set to any rule other than Standard.
- Each Piece Scan for New Physical Count
- Select the check box to enable each piece scan for a new physical count of an item. Note that this check box is automatically selected if the Default Each Piece Scan for New Physical Count check box is selected on the Processing tab in the Owner screen when a new item is created. Physical count scans are performed using an RF.
COSTS
- Quantity to Reorder
- Quantity that must be ordered when the reorder point is reached.
- Cost to Order
- Cost to reorder the
item.
Default value: $.00
- Purchase Price per Unit (Each)
- Purchase price for a
master unit of the item.
Default value: $.00
- Reorder Point (Quantity)
- Minimum inventory
level of the item for the facility.
Note: Infor can modify the application so that the application can issue an inventory reorder request using this field as a trigger point.
- Retail Price per Unit (Each)
- Retail price per
master unit of the item. Must be defined for Value Negative Variance and Value
Positive Variance to function.
Default value: $.00
- Carrying Cost per Unit/Year
- Cost the facility
incurs to carry the inventory.
Default value: $.00
