Outbound activities linked to status updates
Other types of activities available on the outbound activity screen occur when the status of the shipment order or load reach the specified status. This section includes an explanation of the various outbound activities and their functions. Note that must be configured for the user, and each report for these reports to print automatically.
This activity will print the Packing List report (CRPT46) for the order. If selected, the application will print the report and send an email with the report as an attachment based on other settings on the outbound activity. A different version of a packing list report can be configured to print instead of CRPT46 on the Owner Reports tab of the Owner configuration screen.
This activity will print the Bill of Lading by Order report (CRPT76) for the order. If selected, the application will print the report and send an email with the report as an attachment based on other settings on the outbound activity. A different version of a bill of lading report can be configured to print instead of CRPT76 on the Owner Reports tab of the Owner configuration screen.
This activity will print a custom order report if one has been created. To use this feature, a custom report must be defined in the Report Configuration screen.
This will send an email to the addresses defined when the shipment order reaches the designated status. When this activity is chosen there is not an attachment included, only an email.
