Performing batch picking and sorting process for single line Ecommerce orders

You can automate the wave creation, wave release, and wave batching of quantity one orders in large volumes.

Note: When you perform this process:
  • Only one order detail line with quantity 1 of the item per order can be processed for packing and sorting.
  • You cannot use the End-to-End Serial Number Processing, Outbound Catch Data Processing, and Outbound Catch Weight Processing functionalities.
  • Auto Batch Qty 1 functionality can only be used with 'Release Wave' in the scheduler for new predefined jobs.

To sort the Batched orders on RF:

  1. Select Outbound Menu > Batch Sorting > Ecommerce QTY 1. The Ecommerce Sort1 screen is displayed.
