Viewing trailer status

Use to display a complete record of status changes. When a trailer is created or maintained during processing or by manually updating the ASN/Receipt, Shipment Order, Load Maintenance, or Appointment screens, the status record is updated.

To view the status of a trailer:

  1. Select WMS > Appointment > Trailer Status.
  2. Specify a trailer number or use the search feature to display a trailer status record.
  3. The trailer ID, description, and type are displayed. The screen displays this information for the status history:
    Status
    The values for status that were assigned to the trailer.
    Activity User
    The user IDs for the users who made the status changes.
    Activity Date
    The dates of the status changes.
