Appointment Calendar view

The Appointment Calendar view graphically shows all the appointments for a given day. Using the Appointment Calendar, the yard manager can coordinate the maintenance of the equipment and manage the work crew for the day. Using this view, you can perform these tasks:

  • Change the view date
  • Create a new appointment
  • Change the appointment begin and end times
  • Delete an appointment

The color of the appointment changes based on the status of the appointment regarding the proximity of the service window time with respect to the trailer being serviced.

This table shows the status color and the meaning of each color.

Status Color Description
Passed Red Appointment has not been completed and the service window end time has passed.
Soon Yellow Appointment has not been completed and service window end time is within 2 hours.
In Process Blue Appointment is in process and service window end time has not yet passed.
Complete Green Appointment has been completed.
Future Black Appointment has not been completed and service is scheduled and service window start time is more than 2 hours from now.
