      This lists issues identified with the lots. Issues include:
    - NEXT BILL DATE NOT UPDATED
 - NO BILLING CHARGE FOUND FOR LAST BILLED DATE
 - BILLING CHARGE HAS ZERO QTY, RATE OR AMT
 - NO BILLING CHARGE FOUND FOR PREVIOUS BALANCE DATES
 - NO RECURRING EVENT IN CONTRACT
