Voice tally and countdown picking (JR-99)

Voice selectors now have an option to get picking tasks by route number. New picking dialogs for Countdown and Tally picking were also added as options for Voice Selection.

Countdown picking logic enables the total quantity for an item to be picked as a series of smaller quantity amounts. After each smaller quantity of units are picked, Voice counts down the remaining quantity to be picked for that item. A new setting in the Voice Task package controls whether to use the Countdown or Normal picking dialog.

Tally picking logic is similar to countdown picking, in that it also enables the total quantity of an item to be picked as a series of smaller amounts. These are the key differences:

Tally picking is used only for items that have an order quantity in a linear unit of measure, such as feet or meters. For example, you could use tally picking to pick lengths of fabric or boards of lumber.
In addition to the voice selector stating the number of units for each smaller quantity, they must also specify the length of the units that were picked.
Voice keeps a running tally of the units and the total length picked. For example, a voice selector could pick a total of 100 linear feet of lumber using various quantities of boards that were 8, 12 and 16 feet in length.
Tally picking also has a new setting in the Voice Task package that controls its usage.

Location field length expansion (JR-105)

The Location field length has been expanded to 50 characters.

Create an ASN from RF by specifying the PO number (JR-108)

You can now create ASNs in WMS directly on an RF unit by populating purchase order details for selected purchase orders.

Validate carton weight during packing (JR-110)

This enhancement adds validation for the To IDs for packing. This validation ensures that the carton weight is not over the maximum weight assigned to the carton. There are two new fields on the Cartonization page. The fields are the Validate Carton Weight during Packing check box and the Packing Weight Tolerance Percentage field.

New API and Excel import/export for returned lots (JR-113)

This enhancement added Export and Import buttons to the Returned lots page.

New pop up user defined fields added (JR-116)

The Owner, Item, Pack, ASN header and detail, and Shipment Order header and detail tables now include a pop up search.

Flow-thru PO at line level (JR-111)

A Flow thru check box has been added at the SO Detail 2 page. This ties a Flow thru purchase order to order details.

Alignment to display the complete error message in RF (JR-112)

The RF device now displays error messages in multiple lines allowing the user to read the message. The message now displays correctly on 43 RF pages.

Updated extensible business rules (JR-119)

Updated the Extensible Business Rules page to retrieve tracking information. Updates have been made to these pages:

Billing import and export on Oracle (JR-384)

This enhancement includes added support for Oracle users; they can now use the billing import and export functionality.

Added API to support inventory status change (JR-117)

A new API was added to initiate an inventory status change. TheStatus Change Request By Interface page was updated with a new Action button. Using this button you can select Cancel or Finalize from the list and change accordingly. A new Status Change by LPN window was added as well.

Wave job list background (JR-118)

You can now search on the Description field on the Job List page to find and perform specific jobs.

New POST API to create cycle count requests (JR-141)

A new POST API has been added to create cycle count requests based on parameters available on the Cycle Count Request page.

Dock Assignment on Wave - Order by Ship To (JR-141)

You can now configure the system to perform dock assignments on a Wave by the orders Ship To location instead of by order number.

Load Maintenance field changes (JR-141)

The Door and Stage fields within the details of a load have been updated to look-up fields. These fields display all the Door and Outbound staging location types in the Door field, and only Outbound staging location types in the Stage field.

Global audit duplicate entries (JR-141)

This enhancement limits the possibility of duplicate records when Screen Auditing is turned on.

Wave instrumentation updates (JR-141)

Calculation, capture, and recording of values associated with order and order lines for released waves is now available. This is viewable on the Instrumentation Detail page.

Selection criteria condition added (JR-141)

A condition has been added in the RF for the Merge ID page. Using selection criteria you can find IDs that have been picked or packed and display the details available for merging.

Outer Container ID and freight class (JR-141)

Two new fields have been added to the UserArea of the SyncShipment BOD when a shipment order is picked, packed, and shipped. The Outer Container ID field displays the current ID of an item on an order. The Max Freight Class field displays the highest freight class of all orders that are currently using the same ID.

Added LPN filter in RF search picks (JR-144)

Added a new LPN field on the RF Search Picks screen for improved sorting and allocating items.

Enterprise Name Change (JR-144)

You can now change the current Enterprise name of Infor WMS.

Get AltSku for item API added (JR-144)

A new API was added to identify and list all the current AltSKUS IDs for a particular item.

Integration log updates (JR-144)

Added the Failure Count field to the Integration Log page List View Preferences tab. It is an editable field.

Capture Receipt Line Detail Count (JR-144)

WMS can now capture metrics on the number of receipt lines during ASN receiving; these metrics are available on the Instrumentation page.

Load API (JR-345)

A new API was added to create and update loads at the facility level.

Voice Item AltSKU (JR-345)

A new picking option uses AltSKU and prompts users with item style and sizes that have been added to SKUs at the warehouse.

EJB Client Side Statistics (JR-345)

The UTIL statistics feature has been updated; WMS now differentiates based on the call destination.

UIXTN Instrumentation (JR-345)

Instrumentation includes tracking improvements.
