Zone (To Zone) configuration

  1. Do one of the following:
    • Select Configuration > Zone; then type a specific zone.
    • To open up all zones, click Search.
  2. Select a zone.
  3. Click the Replenishment Method tab of the Zone Detail screen.
  4. Select Cherry Pick Replenishment.
Note:  This allows Cherry Pick Replenishment to be performed to that zone. The values come from the REPLNMTHD list in the Codes table.

The Maximum Cube, Maximum Weight, and Maximum Case Count are populated to define the maximum amount of replenishments that can be combined onto a single pallet.

These fields are compared against the item’s Standard Cube, Standard Gross Weight, and Quantity being replenished (in cases) respectively. These fields are found on the Item Detail screen on the General and Cycle/Costs tabs.

When using cherry pick replenishments, make sure the Minimum Replenishment UOM field on the Assign Locations tab of the Item Detail screen is set to CS for case replenishments only. Pallets are being built with cases only.

The In Location on the Detail tab is required if you use cherry pick replenishment with the pick and drop feature. The location can be Pick and Drop or another location type, but it is usually Pick and Drop. Put the location in Hold status so that the application does not allocate inventory to this location. If it is a location other than Pick and Drop, then only one Item can be replenished per built pallet. See the Infor WMS Configuration User Guide.
