Clocking in and out on a timesheet

If you do not use the Time Clock screen or an RF device to clock in, use the Timesheet to clock in and out. You can at any time cancel a timesheet or restore a previously cancelled timesheet.

To use the Timesheet to clock in and out:

  1. Select Execution > Productivity/Labor > Timesheet.
  2. Click New.
  3. Specify your User ID and the Clock-In time. You can specify both the clock-in and clock-out times if you are instructed to do so.
  4. Enter other information as required for your business.
  5. Click Save.
  6. To clock out, select your user ID and clock-in time.
  7. Specify the clock-out time.
  8. Click Save. If the clock-in or clock-out time is changed, the entry is marked with an asterisk and the original times are saved for audit purposes.
