Editing an equipment checks strategy

You can add and delete equipment questions, and make changes to information within an existing equipment checks strategy.

To edit an existing equipment checks strategy:

  1. Within the facility level, select Configuration > Strategies > Equipment Checks from the WMS menu. The Equipment Checks list view displays.
  2. Click Search to display the Equipment Checks strategies.
    • You can search for a strategy or filter the list of Equipment Checks strategies by specifying the equipment check strategy, the description, or the indirect activity type into the searchable Equip Check, Description, and Indirect Activity Type fields respectively and then clicking Search.
  3. Select the equipment checks strategy you want to modify. The Equipment Checks Strategy screen displays with general header fields on the top portion of the screen and strategy detail fields on the bottom portion of the screen.
  4. Complete the desired changes and/or additions to the applicable fields. You can edit an existing equipment check question by selecting the entry and making the updates.
    Note: You can update the fields within an existing equipment checks strategy with one exception. You cannot change an existing Equipment Check Strategy name.
  5. Click Save. The strategy is updated with the changes.
