Configuring a printer at the user level for each report

You can select a printer at the user level for each report. You can print the same report to different printers based on your location and on the stationary required for a specific report.

To configure a printer at the user level for each report:

  1. Select WMS > Administration > User Personalizations..
  2. Click the Report Printers tab.
  3. Click New Printer to add a printer for any report at the user level.
  4. From the dialog box, select a report and the printer you want to use to print the report.
  5. Click Save.
