New case ID for pick by route

If you require a new case ID for a pick, select the option on the Pick by Route (TPKR1) screen.

  1. Select the N/n - New Case ID button and the New Case Id (NCIR) screen is displayed.
  2. Specify NewId as the new case ID for the pick.
  3. Press Enter and the confirmation screen ID Updated (TM82A) is displayed.
  4. Press Enter to continue with the picking process using the new case ID.
