Reviewing the import logs

To review the import logs:

  1. Within the Enterprise facility level, select Enterprise > Administration > Imports > Logs.
  2. Review the status for each import record. The status is displayed as Completed Successfully or Completed with Errors.
  3. When the system encounters errors, it maintains a list of all records that were not imported. To review error information for an import, click the View Detail icon. All records from the job that was not imported are displayed with an error message for each record.

  4. Complete any necessary changes and repeat the import process for the remaining records.
