Performing an RF-assisted cycle count

To perform an RF-assisted cycle count:

  1. From the RF device Main Menu, select Inv. Control > Cycle Counts . The Count Methods (Y1) screen is displayed.
  2. Select Cycle. The Cycle Counts (CCM) screen is displayed.

    Three methods are available to perform the counts:

    • Lot, Loc, LPN: Count each detail record in inventory. If multiple license plates exist in a location, they can count each LPN separately.
    • Item and Loc: Count by item and location without having to count specific license plates that might exist.
    • Each Piece Scan: Count by scanning the Item/EAN number for each quantity against a Location and LPN/Box ID.
