Example RF screen flow

In this example RF screen flow, the configuration and setup need to capture and store an image in IDM as illustrated. Duplicate and customize the IMG01 screen so that you can capture an image of damaged inventory when an LPN is placed on hold. This image is stored in IDM with searchable attributes for the LPN, hold reason code, and free-form comments added when placed on hold.

In this example, the IMG01 screen is added in the middle of the flow of putting an LPN on hold. These screens represent the RF screen flow:

  1. On the Inventory Control screen, select option 6 Create Hold to put an LPN on hold.
  2. On the Create Hold screen, select ID(LPN).
  3. On the LPN Hold (HC3) screen, specify the LPN, hold reason, and comment.
    • If the hold reason code is set to DAMAGE, you are navigated to a copy of the IMG01 screen so that you can capture an image of the damaged LPN. The attributes for the LPN, hold code, and comment are sent to IDM as searchable attributes so that you can look them up in IDM later.
  4. Return to HC3 to specify another LPN if desired.
