Creating a new document type
      - 
            Click the 
			 Control Center gear.

            Select 
			 .

            Click 
			 New Document Type.

            Specify this information in the 
			 General tab:
		  
            
			            Display Name
			 
                     - Specify 
				  SCE_Damaged_Inventory. This name is
				  automatically

            Click 
			 Next.
		  
         
 
- 
            Create these attributes, which must match the three attributes
			 setup in the image screen:
		  
            
			            
                  - 
                     SEND->field1_name
				              
 
                  - 
                     SEND->field2_name
				              
 
                  - 
                     SEND->field3_name
				              
 
                  - In the example for
				  configuring the 
				  HCXM screen, these attributes are LPN,
				  Reason, and Comment.

            Select 
			 Public from the access
			 control list and set it as the default.

            Click 
			 Done. After the document
			 is created, return to the 
			 General tab and select an
			 attribute to be the primary identifier of the document title image.
