  5. Specify this information:
    Location Type

    Location
Code identifying a physical location within the facility.
    Minimum Capacity (Master Unit)
Minimum quantity allowed in the assigned location for the item. Replenishment priority levels go up as the inventory levels approach minimum capacity. This field is mandatory for replenishments to occur.
    Maximum Capacity (Master Unit)
Maximum number of units of the item that the location should hold. When the application drops below this amount, the application triggers a replenishment task. The priority of the task depends on how close the inventory level is to the Min. Capacity. This field is mandatory for replenishments to occur.
    Allow Replenishment from Bulk
Flag that allows you to select the functionality that triggers a replenishment task from a Bulk/Reserve location to a Layer, Case, Piece, or Bulk/Reserve location.
    Allow Replenishment from Case

    Allow Replenishment from Piece

    Minimum Replenishment UOM

    Replenishment Override
Number of units entered in this field that forces creation of a Priority 1 replenishment task in the Task Manager to move that quantity of items into a case/piece pick location.
    UOM Qty to be Replenished
Calculation based on the Minimum Replenishment UOM.
Note:  The application calculates the value for the UOM Quantity to be Replenished field based on the Minimum Replenishment UOM, rounded down with no decimals.

    For example:

    • Given Pack = 1-10-100,
    • Maximum Capacity = 110
    • Minimum Capacity = 10
    • Current Quantity = 95

This table shows the quantity to be replenished scenario:

Minimum replenishment UOM UOM quantity to be replenished
    EACH 15
    CASE 1
    PALLET 0
    Replenishment Priority
Urgency of the replenishment task. 1 = Highest priority; 9 = Lowest priority. Determines the order in which replenishment tasks are generated.
    Quantity (Master Unit)
