Viewing real-time summary information during receipt

You can view the quantities expected, received, and remaining for all items on an ASN/receipt during the receiving process. The quantities are updated as you complete the receipt.

You can access the real-time summary information from the following item screens:

  • ASN Receipt (RC00)
  • ASN Receipt (RC10)
  • ASN/PO Receipt (RC00A)
  • ASN/PO Receipt (RC10A)
  • Rcpt to Pallet (RC00R)
  • Rcpt to Pallet (RC10R)
  • Rcv Multi Lines (RC00K)
  • Rcv Multi Lines (RC10)

To view the summary information:

  1. Specify the Receipt#.
  2. Press Enter.
  3. On the Item field screen, press F3 for the receipt summary.
    Note: If you click ESC, the Item field is not populated and the field is left empty. If you leave the Item field empty and press Enter, see Looking up an item.
  4. Press Enter.
  5. Review this summary information for the item fields:
    • Item
    • Description
    • Expected quantity
    • Received quantity
    • Remain quantity
  6. Press the Up and Down arrows to display additional items on the Rcpt Item Sum screen.
