Verifying and closing an ASN

Verifying and closing an ASN is a task that a supervisor typically performs. When the product is received against the ASN, it is ready to be closed permanently.

To verify and close ASN:

  1. Select Inbound > Verify Close Inbound. The Verified Closed screen is displayed in List view.
  2. To display a list, use the Search feature.
  3. Click one or more check boxes to select ASNs.
  4. Click Actions and select Verify Close.
    The application totals the number of records to be updated and displays the following warning: 
    The system updated (NNN) records to Verified Closed.
    Note: Attempting to edit a verified closed ASN results in an error.
