ASN status types

The following are status types for ASN and ASN detail lines.

• New

  A new ASN and ASN detail has been added to the application via an interface or from the workstation.

• In Transit

  An item has been shipped and updated only by the application, or an item has transferred from another warehouse using inter-facility transfer.

• Scheduled

  A receiving appointment has been created.

• In Receiving

  Quantity received is greater than zero and less than the quantity expected.

• Received

  Quantity received is greater than or equal to the quantity expected.

• Closed

  A document has been manually or automatically closed.

• Verified Closed

  A document has been permanently closed.

• Cancelled

  A document has been cancelled and updated by the application only.
