Entering and updating activities in a timesheet

Use the Timesheet screen to view or enter activities and the time to complete the activities. You can at any time cancel an activity or restore a previously cancelled activity.

To use a timesheet:

  1. Select Execution > Productivity/Labor > Timesheet.
  2. If you used the Time Clock or an RF device to clock in, a record already exists for you. Select your name or user ID. The detail fields are displayed at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Click New or select the activity from the list.
  4. Specify the Start Time and End Time and select the Type. If the start or stop time is changed, the activity is marked with an asterisk and the original times are saved for audit purposes.
  5. Enter other information as required for your business.
  6. To confirm that the activities and times are properly aligned, click Validate. After you validate the data, you can make adjustments to remove gaps and overlaps between details.
  7. Click Save.
