Releasing equipment units

One associate can log on to an equipment unit. To make the unit available to another user, click Release From User. The equipment is still attached to the original user and assignment but other users can sign on to the same equipment ID.

To release an equipment unit from a user:

  1. Select Configuration > Productivity > Equipment.
  2. Select the row that includes the equipment ID that you are releasing. A user must be currently assigned to the equipment.
  3. Click Release From User.
