Viewing multi-facility charts

Inventory across the enterprise or within any of the levels can also be viewed in the form of a chart using the Multi-Facility Balances Charts screen.

To access the screen to view these charts:

From Facility, select Enterprise.
Select Multi-Facility > Inventory Charts.
Select the level of inventory that you want to view. This displays two graphs (bar & pie) on how inventory is distributed within that level. Also displayed is a list of the inventory balances by owner within the level selected.
To view item specific inventory within an owner, click the arrow to the left side of the inventory list screen.
Only one level can be viewed at one time, but multiple selections within a level can be made.
- To select more than one record within a level, hold the CTRL button when clicking the records that you want to select.
- To de-select a record, hold the CTRL button and click those records.
To limit the search to a specific Item or Owner, specify those in space provided.
