Maintaining Owner Facility Control
You can maintain owner control by facility for multiple records.
To change owner/facility assignments:
- 
            Select 
			 Enterprise > Administration > Facility
				  Control > Owner Facility Control.
			 The Facility Control screen displays with the following fields. 
		  
            
- Enabled - Only editable field with the available values of Yes and No.
 - Owner (not editable)
 - Company (not editable)
 - Facility Name (not editable)
 - Database Schema (not editable)
 - Update Date (not editable)
 - Updated By (not editable)
 
 - Click Search to display the list of facilities; or specify search criteria and then click Search.
 - 
            Click the value currently in the Enabled column for the specific
			 line item you want to change. A drop down menu containing the values 
			 Yes and 
			 No displays. 
		  
            
- The value Yes keeps the record in the facility schemas.
 - The value No deletes the record from the facility schemas.
 
 - 
            Select the desired value and click 
			 Save. 
		  
            
- The message "To update the facility information for the owner, you must use the Update Enterprise Data Function from the Multi-Facility Setup screen." displays.
 - Perform an enterprise data update to process the facility updates. See Updating Enterprise data for additional information.
 
 - Click OK to close the window.
