Drawing lines overview

To monitor travel routes, the system uses a graphical engine to display a visual representation of your facility. This includes all of your travel sections, connections, aisles, and locations. Use the Drawing Line function to add reference lines to the drawings that the graphical engine generates. The system displays the lines based on the color and position you assign.

The system uses the drawing lines only for reference purposes on graphical displays of the facility. The Distance Engine does not consider drawing lines when calculating travel routes. To represent a physical barrier in the facility, use the travel sections to block off areas that cannot be accessed.

To create drawing lines.
