Using the Lookup feature

To use the Lookup feature:

  1. Click the Lookup button next to a field. The Lookup screen is displayed.
  2. To display a list, use the Search feature.
  3. To page through the records, use the navigation buttons.
  4. To select a value, click a green checkmark. The application enters the value into the field.
