Create location holds from RF

To create location holds from RF:

  1. From the RF Main Menu, select Inventory Control. The Inventory Control (Y1) screen displays.
  2. Select Create Hold. The Create Hold (HC1) screen displays.
  3. Use the Arrow keys or press L to scroll through available options. Select Location to create a hold for a specific location.
  4. Press Enter to start the hold creation process. The HC2 screen displays.
  5. Specify this information:
    Loc
    Specify the location number to place on hold.
    Rsn
    Specify the Hold Reason Code. Use the F2 key to display a list of valid hold reason codes.
    Hold Comment (optional)
    Specify a comment to apply to the new location hold record.
  6. Press Enter to create a hold record for the location.
