Inbound activities linked to status updates

Other types of activities available on the inbound activity screen occur when the status of the receipt reaches the specified status. This section includes an explanation of the various inbound activities and their functions. Note that Background Printing must be configured for the user and each report for these reports to print automatically.

Print Receipt Summary Report

This activity will print the Receipt Summary report (CRPT62) for the receipt. If selected, the application will print the report and send an email with the report as an attachment based on other settings on the outbound activity. The report can be printed without sending an email using other settings described later. A different version of a receipt summary report can be configured to print instead of CRPT62 by specifying the report on the Owner Reports tab of the Owner configuration screen.

Print Receipt Summary Report

This activity will print the Receipt Summary report (CRPT59) for the receipt. If selected, the application will print the report and send an email with the report as an attachment based on other settings on the outbound activity. A different version of a receipt detail report can be configured to print instead of CRPT59 by specifying the report on the Owner Reports tab of the Owner configuration screen.

Print Custom Receipt Report

This activity will print a custom receipt report if one has been created. To use this feature, a custom report must be defined in the Report Configuration screen.

Send Email

This will send an email to the addresses defined when the receipt reaches the designated status. Use this status to send a notification email for the receipt without printing a report or sending an attachment.
