Facility Charges Approval screen

Designated facility personnel can review and approve facility charges. Facility charges are fourth party logistics (4PL) charges that are invoiced from a facility storing and handling the inventory to the 4PL company. These facility charges are created through the existing billing processes.

Only facility personnel with a specific user configuration can access the Facility Charges Approval screen. User access restrictions include:

  • Users must be assigned with a role that supports access to the Facility Charges Approval screen.
  • Users can only access the Facility Charges Approval menu item and screen within the facility level (not available within the Enterprise level).
  • Users can only view charges related to their specific facility.
  • Users can only view Accounts Payable (AP) charges; the user cannot view any other facility charges. AP charges can be identified by a Customer field value that reflects the name of the facility, and the Facility Name value that reflects the name of the city where the Distribution Center is located.
