Configure users who access the Billing Workbench in this screen.
Header Fields
Configure users who access the Billing Workbench in this screen.
- User
- The user login ID.
- Name
- The user’s full name.
- The user e-mail address. This will be used as the From address on any invoices that this user e-mails.
Detail Fields
The detail portion of the user screen will allow you to setup printers for the different forms that are automatically printed. Forms that can be automatically printed include:
- Invoice Register
- G/L Account Register
- Invoice Summary
- Invoice Detail
- Non Negotiable Invoice
