To Export the Report Data

  1. On the Report toolbar, click Export Data. The system displays the Export Data pop-up.
  2. Reports may pull data from multiple database tables. From the Available Result Sets list, select the data type you want to export.
  3. Move the specific data column types you want to export from the Available Columns List to the Selected Columns list. Only data from selected columns will be exported.
  4. Select your remaining export options.
  5. Click OK to export the data.
